The diagnostic and project brief builder calculate results in your browser. Neither tool sends your answers to RevSet or stores them in cookies or browser storage. Downloading saves the document on your device. If you choose an external email or booking link, you decide what to share through that service. Reloading clears the result. Site search loads a static index; your search terms are filtered locally and are not submitted to a search service.
The RevOS AI demo
When the AI connection is enabled, submitting a message sends that message, your selected business context, and the conversation history to OpenAI to generate a response. Use fictional details rather than private customer information. The local preview uses the owner’s ChatGPT-signed-in Codex connection; an API-enabled deployment uses its configured OpenAI account. Provider data handling follows that account’s applicable settings and terms.
The preview server keeps conversations in memory for up to 30 minutes of inactivity and clears them when restarted. A conversation identifier is kept only in the current page’s memory; no chat cookies or browser storage are used. New conversation requests deletion of the current server session. Leaving the page clears the browser view; remaining server context expires automatically. Downloading saves a copy on your device. AI-generated records, drafts, and proposed actions are illustrative: no external messages, appointments, or CRM changes are performed.
Analytics and cookies
If you allow analytics, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits and steps in the consultation booking journey. Google Analytics can use cookies and process technical information about your visit. Google advertising signals and advertising personalization are disabled. We do not load the Google Analytics tag before you opt in. You can decline analytics and still use the website and book a meeting. Change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Your preference is saved in local browser storage; after consent, limited acquisition details are kept in session storage for up to 30 minutes to connect the website visit with a booking. These details include the source category and landing-page path, not diagnostic answers. We do not intentionally send names, emails, booking answers or Calendly event identifiers to Google Analytics. Page URLs sent by our tracking code omit query strings and fragments. The hosting provider may process routine request information to serve and secure the website.
External services
Opening the consultation scheduler loads Calendly inside this website; a direct Calendly link is also available. Calendly handles scheduling information under its own privacy and cookie controls. If you allow analytics, we can record a booking confirmation sent by the embedded Calendly scheduler and pass limited source labels to Calendly. Bookings made in a separate tab may not produce a website confirmation event. Analytics counts are reconciled with scheduling records because cancellations, reschedules, blocked tracking and declined consent affect reporting. Email and external services handle the information you choose to provide under their own privacy terms.
