OUR EDITORIAL APPROACH
Clear explanations.
Inspectable examples.
The library helps buyers and operators understand what a revenue workflow does, where it can fail, and how to test it.
What our guides represent
The field guides describe RevSet’s approach to process design. They combine definitions, proposed workflows, example scenarios, failure modes, and practical acceptance checks. They are not reports of verified customer outcomes.
How examples are labeled
Worked examples and interactive demos use illustrative data. A sample message, appointment, or outcome demonstrates a design decision. It does not mean that the event happened in a live customer environment.
How platform claims are handled
Where platform documentation is relevant, guides link to the original vendor source. The implementation still requires a check of your current plan, permissions, supported events, and required actions. A generic architecture does not establish compatibility.
What counts as useful evidence
A real implementation should have a defined scope, expected behavior, observed test results, and a responsible reviewer. A client outcome additionally needs a baseline, period, cohort, and explanation of other changes that could affect the result.
How the library should develop
Extend the explanations when real sales questions, implementation lessons, or source changes reveal a gap. Review related pages together so definitions, examples, and operating instructions remain consistent.
Use the guide. Inspect the implementation.
