— What we stand for

The Revset manifesto

Six beliefs that decide how we work, who we work with, and what we’ll never do.
We started Revset because the gap between what agencies promise and what they deliver had become absurd. Strategy decks with no execution. Senior pitches, junior delivery. “Partnerships” that evaporate the moment you stop paying. We decided to build the opposite — and write down why.

1. We build systems, not dependencies

The goal of every engagement is to make ourselves replaceable. We build in your accounts, document everything, and train your team — so the value compounds whether or not we’re still in the room. A consultant who keeps you dependent isn’t a partner. They’re a tax.

2. Evidence beats opinion, every time

Anyone can have an opinion about your funnel. We connect to your real data and quantify findings in dollars. If we can’t measure it, we don’t claim it. The audit is evidence; the strategy follows the evidence — not the other way around.

If we can’t put a number on it, we won’t put our name on it.

3. Senior people, on every account

The person who scopes your work is the person who delivers it. We don’t win business with senior operators and staff it with juniors learning on your budget. It’s slower to scale a firm this way. We don’t care.

4. We earn the next month

No multi-year lock-ins. No hostage data. If we’re not producing results, you should be able to walk and you can. We’d rather keep your business because the work is working than because a contract traps you.

5. Boring is beautiful

The biggest revenue wins almost never come from a clever new tactic. They come from fixing the unglamorous middle routing, handoffs, follow-up, data hygiene. We’re happy to do the boring work that actually moves the number.

6. Revenue should outlast heroics

If your growth depends on your best people grinding harder, it isn’t a system — it’s a risk. We build revenue machines that keep running when the founder is on holiday, the star rep quits, and the quarter gets hard. That’s the whole point.

That’s what we believe. If it resonates, we should talk.
