# Facebook lead follow-up: mapping and launch worksheet By Arsalan Zaffar, RevSet Labs. September 29, 2026. Guide: https://revsetlabs.com/resources/automate-facebook-lead-follow-up/ ## Define the first release Page and form: Offer and expected next step: CRM and connector: Live submissions versus historical-import policy: Permitted first-contact channel and supporting permission record: Primary owner, backup, and response target: ## Map each field For each field record: source question/identifier | destination field | transformation | missing-value behavior | reviewer. - Source lead identifier - Original submission timestamp - CRM receipt timestamp - Name - Email / phone - Service requested - Location or ZIP code - Timing - Available Page/form/campaign metadata - Contact permissions and disclosure evidence - Owner and next action Keep unknown values unknown. Do not replace missing information with invented qualification facts. ## Controlled launch tests Record expected behavior, observed behavior, issue, and reviewer for each. 1. Complete form: correct fields, one owner, intended first response. 2. Missing optional field: no fabricated value. 3. Invalid contact detail: visible recovery action. 4. Out-of-area request: approved review or coverage response. 5. Same event replayed: no duplicate opening or opportunity. 6. Returning contact, new project: preserve both inquiry contexts. 7. Historical import: no misleading new-submission greeting. 8. Changed question or answer option: mapping reviewed. 9. Revoked access or connector error: gap detectable and assigned. 10. Delivery failure: no false contacted status. 11. Reply before scheduled message: stale prompt suppressed. 12. Appointment confirmed: reminders use actual booking. 13. Human takeover or closed request: automated sales prompts paused. 14. Opt-out: suppression respected by all connected messaging workflows. ## Reconcile one reporting period Form and reporting window: Unique source submissions: Matched CRM inquiries: Missing or duplicate source identifiers: Eligible contact attempts / delivered / replied: Qualified / callback scheduled / callback connected: Unassigned and overdue work: A CRM record is not a reply; a reply is not a sale. Do not infer ad or revenue improvement from intake coverage alone. Implementation: https://revsetlabs.com/solutions/lead-response/ Consultation: https://revsetlabs.com/consultation/
