# Chosen-time callback acceptance checklist RevSet Labs | October 2, 2026 ## Define the promise Appointment type / duration: Team / owner / backup: Customer-facing time zone: Permitted confirmation channel: Calendar reservation identifier: Related contact and inquiry: Required qualification context: Reminder and rescheduling rules: ## Run with fictional data and controlled recipients For each test record expected and observed message, appointment, task, owner, and reminder state. 1. Available slot: confirm only after a successful reservation. 2. Slot taken: no false confirmation; offer a verified alternative. 3. Different time zone: same actual instant in calendar and customer confirmation. 4. Reschedule: old reminders stop; new owner/time remain correct. 5. Cancellation: pending reminders and follow-up stop as appropriate. 6. No answer: attempted recorded, not connected; bounded recovery assigned. 7. Team misses time: overdue work reaches backup; no fabricated completion. 8. Duplicate event: no second appointment or inflated booking count. 9. Human takeover: automated messaging does not interrupt the person. 10. Urgent request: use approved triage, not an unsupported dispatch promise. ## Reporting Cohort dates: Confirmed callbacks: Callbacks due by cutoff: Attempted / connected / no answer / cancelled / team missed: Future callbacks awaiting an outcome: Connected rate = connected / defined due population. State cancellation handling. Sales and revenue must come from separately recorded outcomes. https://revsetlabs.com/resources/appointment-booking/
