Where imported snapshots live in your agency account

To find your imported snapshots:

  1. From the agency view, go to Settings.
  2. Click Account Snapshot.
  3. Open the Imported Snapshots tab.

Step 2: Start the “Load Snapshot” flow

  1. Inside the client management view, click Actions.
  2. Select Load Snapshot from the dropdown.
